South Luzon Expressway Toll Road 5 (SLEX TR-5)

Project Description

The SLEX TR5 Alignment composes of eight (8) segments which will run parallel to the existing Philippine National Railway, Maharlika Highway and Padre Burgos National Road or Quirino Highway:

SLEX TR5, Segment 1 alignment starts at the termination point of the SLEX Phase II as the Toll Road 4 (TR4) Project at Brgy. Mayao, Lucena City, Quezon and ends at Gumaca, Quezon. The total length of Segment 1 is approximately 61 km. It will include four (4) interchanges (Pagbilao, Atimonan, Aglangan and Gumaca), as well as the toll plazas and operation center that will be necessary for the operation of Segment 1 thereof.

Supplemental Toll Operation Agreement (STOA)

Approved by the President of the Philippines on 27 June 2022.

On-going review of the Submitted Certified Final Engineering Design (FED) - Highway Drawings of Packages 1, 3, and 4.

The South Luzon TollRoad-5 Expressway, Inc. (SLTR5EI) submitted the Certified Final Engineering Design (FED) - Highway Drawings for Segment 1, Packages 1 (Lucena to Pagbilao, Quezon), 3 (Atimonan to Agdangan, Quezon), and 4 (Agdangan to Gumaca, Quezon).
